IAMRUNBOX  Affiliate Program Terms of Service

Agreement

By signing up to be an Affiliate in Iamrunbox Affiliate Program (“Program”) you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”).

IAMRUNBOX reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service from time to time without notice. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. 

We may cancel your affiliate commission and reject your commission payment if we think that any fraud or similar activity, such as unauthorized use of another person’s credit card is suspected. We also may require verification of information prior to the acceptance affiliate commission of any order. 

Please notice, in order to apply for affiliate commission, you should be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for all Content posted and activity that occurs under your account.

Payment of Commissions

The payouts will be intimated when your commissions will reach the threshold of €50. You are responsible for paying any taxes which may occur for affiliate income payouts to you in the country you are tax obliged.

If your commission exceeds €500 you should provide your company's LLC/Sole Trader details and issue the invoice to us (contactus@iamrunbox.com) so we can arrange the payment accordingly. 

In case you reside and pay taxes in Sweden and your commission does not exceed €500, you should have “F-skatt” or use third parties as “Cool Company” to issue the invoice to us.

We make payments for affiliate commissions every 3 months, at the end of each quarter.
